RETURNS & REFUNDS

Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, we gladly offer refunds, exchanges, or DAZZIN store credit for items returned within 60 days of delivery. To initiate returns or exchanges, please use our Returns Portal. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

For solid gold items, returns or exchanges within 60 days of delivery are also possible. Need a different length, size, or style? Our dedicated team is here to assist you. Reach out to us at contact@dazzin.com for guidance.

Important: Engraved products are made to order, and hence, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. Once production begins for engraved items, cancellations are not possible. Please ensure that personal items aren't accidentally included in your return to DAZZIN.

Kindly note: Customers outside the United States and those on military bases are responsible for their own return costs. However, they will be reimbursed with DAZZIN store credit. Returns might incur a $10 handling fee. We closely monitor return activity and reserve the right to deny returns if we observe misuse of our return policy, including excessive returns, return of empty packages, reseller activity, or fraudulent behavior.
